We usually hear people talking about social responsibility. There are things we see on TV or read in newspapers about campaigns of social responsibility. It is an expression that is getting into peoples mentality and language day by day. We can say about social responsibility that this is already an expression to represent a trend as a necessity of maximum priority.
Within the actual global context, in which humanity is confronted with financial crisis, pollution and global warming, social responsibility of organizations has become a primordial necessity. If we do not understand what social responsibility is, we will not understand its advantages and we will not be able to invest in any organization, in humanity in general. Therefore, the employees or the managers will not be able to get involved correctly in actions or campaigns of social responsibility.
